Caring for your Colours by Courtney products are easy! Follow these easy steps and your cheeseboard / glassware will thank you for years to come.

1. They are not recommended for the dishwasher or to leave soaking in the water. Instead, consider using a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.

2. To dry, air drying them or using a gentle cloth is best.

3. Refrain from cutting directly on the resin with a sharp knife as this will damage the finish of the product.

4. To keep your cheeseboard board looking it’s best, a light sanding followed by a wipe with food-safe oil will help.

All Colours by Courtney products will come with care instructions attached.

Your Colours by Courtney products are not intended for everyday use. They have been crafted especially for you to use on those special occasions.

Please consider your choice carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind. All products are handmade and likely to have slight imperfections - however, we feel this adds to the unique charm and character of the product, making each piece truly one of a kind.

If upon inspection you believe your product is still not up to standard, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve this for you.

We offer flat rate shipping fees through Australia Post to all Australian residents. These rates are dependent on the size and shape of your order. Prices may change in line with Australia Post inflations.

If you are concerned about the price of postage on this website, please contact me as I will be able to review the final postage cost. Due to difficulties with the website calculating postage for multiple items, it is causing some issues that I am attempting to address. Thank you for your patience!

Pick up is available if you are located in Townsville, QLD. Drop off is available if you are located in Ayr and Home Hill, QLD. You will need to select this at check out.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that timeframes can exceed this during busy holiday periods, so it is best to place your order as early as possible during these times.

You will have the choice of standard shipping or express shipping at checkout.
